It could not be a better start for the new Management team as Yellows grab three points away at high flying Lincoln United in a dramatic encounter. It looked very different early on as the hosts took the lead with just 5 minutes gone, but Towle was on hand to score an absolutely wonderful equaliser 4 minutes later. There were chances for both teams and Rawson had the ball in the net 10 minutes from the break, only to be ruled offside.

Lincoln had many chances to take the lead but Yellows were resolute at the back with Jeffrey making several vital stops and on 72 minutes Forbes won the ball and slid it to Hulley who's low shot went in off the post. In the final 10 minutes of the match the hosts were reduced to 9 men and Yellows held on to secure a remarkable three points.

A wonderful start for the new Management and Coaching team and credit it to all the players who took part today. It will be a good trip home and weekend for everyone involved at the club. We go again next Saturday at the RM Stadium.
